– If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund, with a deduction of $25 to $50 as a cancellation fee.
– If you book between 1 and 6 days before your scheduled stay, no refund or option to reschedule.
– Cancellations made 7 days or less before your arrival date will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
– For cancellations made 8 to 14 days before your arrival date, a 50% refund will be provided, and rescheduling is not available.
– If you cancel 15 days or more before your arrival date, you are eligible for a 100% refund, with a cancellation fee of $25 to $50 (depending on the circumstances).
